ผมเชื่อว่าหลายคนคงเคยผ่านช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกว่าทุกอย่างในชีวิตกำลังถล่มลงมา ทั้งเรื่องงานที่เหนื่อยล้า เงินที่ขาดมือ และความรู้สึกที่ดิ่งลึกลงไปจนเหมือนจะจมไม่ขึ้น ในตอนนั้น ผมเองก็เคยรู้สึกเหมือนเรือกลางพายุกระหน่ำ ที่ไม่สามารถคุมอะไรได้เลยสักอย่าง เหมือนจะขี้แพ้เต็มทน แต่สิ่งที่ผมได้เรียนรู้คือ เราอาจจะไม่สามารถควบคุมปัจจัยภายนอกได้ แต่มันสำคัญมากที่เราต้องฝึกควบคุมจิตใจของตัวเอง เพราะเมื่อใจนิ่งได้ โลกที่วุ่นวายทั้งงาน เงิน และความรู้สึกก็จะไม่สามารถทำร้ายเราได้เหมือนเดิม ผมเริ่มจากการฝึกสติผ่านการหายใจช้าๆ และการฝึกสมาธิ แม้จะเป็นแค่สั้นๆในแต่ละวัน แต่ก็ช่วยให้ผมกลับมามีความสงบ และคิดหาทางแก้ปัญหาอย่างมีสติ ไม่ตกใจหรือท้อแท้ง่าย ๆ เมื่อเจอกับความล้มเหลว นอกจากนี้ ผมพบว่า การยอมรับความจริงว่าบางอย่างอยู่เหนือการควบคุมของเรา ไม่ใช่ความพ่ายแพ้ แต่คือโอกาสให้เราได้ฝึกฝนความเข้มแข็งและความอดทน เมื่อคุณเปลี่ยนมุมมองนี้ ชีวิตจะไม่รู้สึกหนักหนาอีกต่อไป แถมยังเป็นแรงผลักดันให้ลุกขึ้นสู้ใหม่ทุกครั้งที่ล้ม สุดท้าย อยากให้ทุกคนรู้ว่า "ชัยชนะที่ยิ่งใหญ่คือการรักษาความนิ่งในวันที่ทุกอย่างรวน" ไม่ว่าคุณจะเจอปัญหาเรื่องงาน ความไม่มั่นคงทางการเงิน หรือความรู้สึกที่กำลังสับสน จงฝึกคุมปฏิกิริยาตัวเองเริ่มจากลมหายใจ แล้วทางออกจะค่อยๆ เผยตัวออกมาเองในวันที่ใจคุณสงบอย่างแท้จริง
