Renovate old house VS buy a new house? Which choice is better?‼️😱
It is very difficult to decide. Both have different advantages and disadvantages. We will share what we decide from... We have many options to decide.
1. Sell an old house to buy a new house (someone asks to buy)
2.Renovate old house (part) and then borrow to buy a new house
3.Renovate + rebuild original space

- Budget
We have a budget in mind of 2-3 million, not more. Initially, try to find projects that are in the budget and are in the same area that can travel by public car. We went to see three projects nearby. Some places are pretty, but the plan does not answer some problems that like to plan, but the materials and the project server may still conclude that
❌ Most project houses in the budget are deep, the night may be lonely, suitable for people who drive privately, may be inconvenient for our mothers who have to travel by themselves (can't drive), and we don't like to drive.
❌, most new project homes use precast materials, not suitable for future additions or modifications.
❌ The materials and construction standards may not be very durable compared to some old houses in garages, backyard floors, a year has collapsed, some land has collapsed under the house.
