Timing Chain Settings

Camschaft Repair. Set up a new machine behind Overhall.

1) Set crank center (Crankshaft)

Turn the TDC point on the sign.

2) Cam shaft lock (Camshaft)

Use a specific lock pad or tool.

3) Align the camshaft gear straight mark

There will be lines or colored dots on the gear.

4) Place a chain to match every Mark tooth.

Includes Balance shaft gear, oil pump.

5) Enter the chain pusher (Tensioner)

Keep the chain tight

(According to a given torque, such as 80 Nm)

6) Check again that all Mark matches.

If even a little wrong

→ Vibrating walker / No force / piston bump valve

7) Insert the chain cover and assemble back.
