I made AI understand Workflow Etsy faster with this file.
Many people using AI will start reordering from the beginning every time.
But I used to get AI to read our system.
In this clip, I took an EP1 file that was made for students in the class to read by the AI before starting.
In the file, there will be a Workflow since
Think Product Ideas → Do Prompt → Create PNG → Do Preview → Title / Tags → File Arrangement → Prepare Down Etsy
When AI understands these steps, when I continue, I don't have to explain them every time.
AI will know what we are doing, what steps we are doing, and how we should move on.
For me, this reduces a lot of work time, especially when making a lot of collections.
Etsy 1: 1 with me, so I'm not just focusing on Prompt, but also trying to put Workflow back into AI.

จากประสบการณ์ตรงในการใช้ AI ร่วมกับการขายสินค้าบน Etsy ผมพบว่าวิธีการให้ AI อ่านระบบการทำงาน (Workflow) ที่ชัดเจนตั้งแต่ต้นช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานได้อย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะไฟล์ EP1 ที่แบ่งขั้นตอนการทำงานอย่างละเอียด ตั้งแต่คิดไอเดียสินค้า การทำ Prompt สำหรับสั่ง AI สร้างภาพ PNG จนถึงการจัดไฟล์และเตรียมลงขายจริง บน Etsy ทำให้เวลาที่ต้องทำสินค้าคอลเลกชันหลายชิ้น AI สามารถเข้าใจภาพรวมและขั้นตอนถัดไปได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องเริ่มใหม่ซ้ำๆ สำหรับผม การใช้ไฟล์ Workflow นี้ไม่เพียงช่วยลดเวลาทำงานเท่านั้น แต่ยังช่วยให้ผมตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานได้ง่ายขึ้น เช่น การเช็กภาพว่ามีตำหนิอย่างการเบี้ยวของภาพ, ตัวหนังสือผิด, หรือพื้นหลังติดลายน้ำหรือไม่ ซึ่งเป็นจุดสำคัญในการขาย Digital Product บน Etsy นอกจากนี้ไฟล์ยังกำหนดแนวทางการตรวจสอบภาพ เช่น การระบุรูปแบบภาพ ขอบสติกเกอร์ และเงาอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้สินค้าที่ลงขายมีคุณภาพสูงสุด สร้างความน่าเชื่อถือให้กับลูกค้า ความรู้และเทคนิคเหล่านี้ผมถ่ายทอดให้นักเรียนที่เรียน Etsy แบบ 1:1 ซึ่งไม่ใช่เพียงแค่การเขียน Prompt เท่านั้น แต่จะสอนให้วางระบบการทำงานร่วมกับ AI ให้สามารถใช้งานได้จริงและต่อเนื่อง ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว AI จะไม่เพียงแค่เป็นเครื่องมือสร้างภาพ แต่จะกลายเป็นเพื่อนร่วมงานที่เข้าใจ Workflow ของเรา สามารถช่วยให้การทำงานขายของบน Etsy สะดวกและรวดเร็วขึ้นมากจริงๆ
