Yesterday we listened to a session and felt that this is a skill that working people can't really ignore, so we summarized it.

Category 1: AI & Digital Foundation (Printed Itself Very Frequently Used) GPT, Gemini
1.AI Collaboration - Use AI to be a joint team
✨ let AI help draft user flow / persona / copy / critique
2.Workflow Automation - Redundant Job Reduction
✨ Component + Tokens + Plugin = Returning Life Force
3.Data-Driven Decision - Design from Data, Not Feelings
✨ Read heatmap, drop-off → and then solve the UI.
4. Digital Security designed to make users feel safe.

Category 2: Essential Human Skill (AI Irreplaceable)
5. Strategic Questioning
✨ when talking to a stakeholder → question right, clearly, hit the problem so that it doesn't give an idea.

✨ have to talk to people in multiple languages (business, dev, user), communicate with each other. For example, when saying the word "website," everyone has to answer the same or the same.

✨ Deep user understanding, not just persona on paper.

ในยุคที่เทคโนโลยีพัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็ว การทำงานด้าน UX/UI ไม่ได้เป็นแค่เรื่องของการออกแบบที่สวยงามเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ต้องสามารถปรับตัวและใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่าง AI เพื่อช่วยในกระบวนการทำงานให้รวดเร็วและแม่นยำมากขึ้น เช่น AI Collaboration ที่ช่วยเป็นทีมงานช่วยร่าง user flow หรือสร้าง persona ให้ดีขึ้น อีกทั้งยังต้องมีทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับข้อมูลเชิงลึก(Data-Driven Decision) เพื่อตีความพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้ผ่าน heatmap หรือจุดที่ผู้ใช้มักออกจากระบบ (drop-off) เพื่อพัฒนา UI ให้ตอบโจทย์มากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การสื่อสารและความเข้าใจผู้เกี่ยวข้องหลากหลายฝ่ายก็สำคัญมาก Adaptive Communication ช่วยให้เราสามารถสื่อสารกับทั้งทีมธุรกิจ ทีมพัฒนา และผู้ใช้อย่างเข้าใจตรงกัน และยังต้องใช้ทักษะ Empathy เพื่อเข้าใจบริบทและความต้องการลึกซึ้งของผู้ใช้โดยไม่ใช่แค่ persona บนกระดาษ แต่ต้องสัมผัสถึงความรู้สึกจริง ๆ ส่วนทักษะ Self-Leadership อย่าง Continuous Learning Agility ก็เป็นเรื่องที่ต้องให้ความสำคัญ เราต้องเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องโดยไม่เครียด เพื่อให้ทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีและตลาดที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา และเก็บรักษาคลังความรู้ของตัวเอง (Personal Knowledge Curation) เพื่อบริหารจัดการข้อมูลและทักษะที่สะสมไว้ใช้ในอนาคต จากที่ได้ร่วมฟังงาน Work Life Festival 2025 ทำให้เห็นภาพรวมของทักษะที่เป็นหัวใจสำหรับคนทำงาน UX/UI ในยุคนี้มากขึ้น และอยากชวนเพื่อน ๆ ที่ทำงานสายนี้มาร่วมแชร์กันว่า กำลังพัฒนาทักษะข้อไหนกันอยู่บ้าง เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการเรียนรู้และเติบโตไปด้วยกัน
