Tonight’s dinner - 1/2 mild sausage slides - whole Chinese eggplant - six grape tomatoes in half’s -1/4 of sweet yellow pepper - half hot pepper for flavor ( remove from pan last) -2 garlic cloves diced -basil spice Cook for 10 minutes in pan serve on side of toasted buns
