Anyone who goes to Taiwan and wants to find a new kind of excursion, have to try to walk the Bitoujiao Trail. The sea view is very beautiful 🌊, similar to the Cape Carpet of our gods. 😂
We got up around 4: 00 pm because before we went to Keelung and Heping Island, + the bus was quite far from other places. When we went up, there was no one, everyone. There were only two young men. I was secretly quiet and scary. Watching a lot of movies 🥲, so I went to walk very quickly. I was afraid to come back down late at night. But we went up to rest too. Because the ankle ligaments were torn 7 days before the trip and it was raining too, so I walked and stopped. I didn't warm my body before because of a sore ankle before. If someone is already exercising, I will walk easily. There is a slope at a time.
We are on the shore of Aunt School. Read the review to recommend coming up this side. Before coming down to the bottom is almost 7: 00 p.m., waiting for the car for another 40 minutes. It's very dark. Who would suggest to go in the morning?
Overall ✨ is considered worthwhile. It is recommended to carry a bottle of water + an umbrella (Taiwan weather is secretly swirling often) and wear a pair of casual sneakers.

สำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวแนวธรรมชาติในไต้หวัน การเดินเทรลที่ Bitoujiao ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยค่ะ โดยเฉพาะถ้าชอบวิวทะเลที่สวยงามและบรรยากาศเงียบสงบ ที่นี่มีระยะทางประมาณ 3.5 กิโลเมตร เหมาะสำหรับคนที่อยากออกกำลังกายแต่ไม่หนักจนเกินไป จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การเดินเทรลที่นี่อาจจะท้าทายนิดหน่อยสำหรับคนที่ไม่ได้ออกกำลังกายเป็นประจำหรือมีอาการบาดเจ็บ เช่น ข้อเท้าเจ็บ อย่างในกรณีนี้ที่เดินช้าและหยุดพักบ่อย เพราะฝนตกและยังเจ็บข้อเท้าอยู่ ทำให้ต้องระมัดระวังและวอร์มร่างกายให้พร้อมก่อนเดิน จุดเริ่มต้นเดินขึ้นฝั่งโรงเรียนที่แนะนำ เพราะเห็นวิวทะเลได้สวยมากและบรรยากาศเป็นส่วนตัวกว่า ไทม์มิ่งการเดินจึงสำคัญ ควรออกเดินตั้งแต่เช้าเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความมืดตอนกลับ โดยรถโดยสารอาจจะรอนานเมื่อลงมาแล้วถ้าไปช่วงเย็น นอกจากนี้ อย่าลืมเตรียมน้ำดื่มและร่มติดตัวด้วย เพราะอากาศที่นี่เปลี่ยนแปลงบ่อยและอาจเจอฝนตกได้ เส้นทางเดินมีความชันพอสมควรเป็นช่วงๆ แต่ก็ให้ความท้าทายและความรู้สึกตื่นเต้น บรรยากาศรอบๆ จะทำให้คุณลืมความเหนื่อยได้เมื่อเห็นวิวทะเลและภูเขาที่สวยงาม คล้ายกับแหลมพรหมเทพที่เราคุ้นเคยในไทยเลยค่ะ สรุปแล้ว Bitoujiao Trail เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบเที่ยวแบบพึ่งพาธรรมชาติ ไม่เร่งรีบ และต้องการพื้นที่สงบเพื่อพักผ่อนใจ นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยให้ได้ออกกำลังกายแบบเบาๆ พร้อมสัมผัสกับธรรมชาติอย่างใกล้ชิดอีกด้วย ใครวางแผนไปเที่ยวไต้หวัน ขอแนะนำให้เพิ่มเส้นทางนี้เข้าไปในลิสต์ เพราะจะทำให้ทริปของคุณมีสีสันและประสบการณ์ที่แตกต่างได้มากขึ้นจริงๆค่ะ
