iPad Mini A17 Pro March Monthly Refresh 🍀💜

Dear, SweeTees 💌🍀

Tiny screen. Big reset.

I refreshed my iPad mini (A17 Pro) for March and yes… she’s giving purple + green again.

Mainly green.

With just enough lilac to remind you who I am 💜

I kept my lilac composition notebook case because:

1. It matches the subtle purple pop on my Home Screen

2. I’m not emotionally prepared to let her go yet

The lockscreen?

Still my 2026 vision board. That stays until the vision is reality.

This setup is almost identical to my main iPad — the only difference is the widget photos. I like consistency across devices, but I still let each one feel slightly personal.

Here’s what I used:

• Built-in wallpaper picker from iOS 26

• App tinting (yes, built into iOS 26)

• illiemillie photos from Pinterest

• Widgets customized through Color Widgets

• Clean spacing to avoid crowding on the smaller screen

Because let’s be honest… Minis get cluttered fast.

This month’s vibe:

Focused. Seasonal. Softly lucky 🍀

💜 Mini Must-Knows

• On smaller screens, fewer widgets = cleaner aesthetic

• Always choose wallpaper first, then tint apps to match

• Leave breathing room between widgets so it doesn’t feel heavy

Bonus tip:

If your Mini feels chaotic, remove one row of apps and replace it with white space. Minimal = clarity.

Your iPad Mini is usually your grab-and-go device.

Make it feel calm, not chaotic.

Are you syncing all your devices… or letting each one have its own personality? 👀

Save this for your March reset 🍀

Follow for aesthetic tech + intentional digital setups.

-Sincerely,

Tee 💜🫶🏽

... Read moreIt's so rewarding to make your tech truly *yours*, isn't it? My iPad Mini is my little powerhouse, and giving it a personal touch, especially with fun color themes like purple and pink, just makes using it so much more delightful! First, if you’re wondering 'what model iPad' you have, it’s super easy to check! Just head into your Settings, tap on 'General,' then 'About,' and you’ll see your 'Model Name.' Knowing your exact model helps when looking for accessories or specific software features. For instance, many people are looking for a powerful iPad Mini, and while the A17 Pro chip is actually found in the latest iPhones, the iPad Mini 6 (the most recent model) boasts an impressive A15 Bionic chip, making it incredibly speedy for all your tasks. No matter which model you have, personalizing it is key to making it feel unique. Let's dive into creating that perfect purple or pink aesthetic for your mini marvel. I love starting with a vision board on Pinterest – it’s a treasure trove for 'pink iPad' or 'purple iPad aesthetic' inspiration! You'll find tons of ideas for wallpapers, widgets, and even app icon designs. For wallpapers, I personally love using apps like Unsplash or Pinterest itself to find high-resolution images. Think soft pastels, vibrant neons, or even abstract designs that feature shades of purple and pink. You can even find 'light green tinted app icons' or 'spring/St. Patrick's Day themed widgets' that would complement a deeper purple case, creating a lovely contrast. The key is finding something that instantly sparks joy when you unlock your device. Next up, custom widgets are a game-changer for a 'pink iPad' vibe. Apps like Widgetsmith, Color Widgets (which I use!), or even Apple's built-in Shortcuts app allow for incredible customization. You can design widgets with photos, calendars, battery levels, or inspiring quotes, all in your chosen color palette. Imagine a beautiful 'light pink background' for your weather widget, or a soft purple calendar keeping you organized. The original article mentioned avoiding clutter on smaller screens, and that’s a golden rule! Fewer, well-designed widgets can have a much bigger impact than a crowded screen. Don't forget about app icons! While some apps offer alternative icons, you can take it a step further using the Shortcuts app to create custom icons for any app. This lets you completely transform your home screen into a cohesive purple or pink wonderland. Pair this with app tinting (if your iOS version supports it, or through third-party launchers for Android devices) for an even more integrated look. Finally, think about your physical accessories. A 'purple case' like mine can really pull the whole look together. Matching your case to your digital theme creates a seamless experience. Even a pink stylus or a purple screen protector can add to the overall aesthetic. Ultimately, your iPad Mini is an extension of you. Whether you're aiming for a calm 'light green home screen' with subtle purple accents, or a bold 'pink background' that pops, the goal is to create a space that inspires productivity and brings a smile to your face every time you pick it up. Experiment with different combinations, save your favorite layouts, and most importantly, have fun making your iPad Mini uniquely yours!

When I moved from 13PM to 16+, I didn’t connect that phone to my iPad pro. I did however connect it to my MacBook and this iPad mini. However I don’t sync everything. I got the mini for gaming, reading and light work.
