The first thing is, the day 29/6/68 the plane ticket was booked,

But when the payment process, the web system has problems
The first round uses the 1st credit card, which the web system says has failed to pay.
Very next round, so change the credit card because of fear of being caused by our card or not
Second card (successfully paid) balance 16,460.02 baht
So we looked at the email from the first card that we had cut our card. In summary, the first round, the airline cut our first card twice, a total of 32,920.04 baht (unsuccessful payment).
So now the airline has to return us two peaks of 32,920.04.
When I saw it, it was crazy to die. I was shocked. 🥹🥹 🥹
So we sent a request for a tip through Bot of the web size on 29/6/68, which Bot said took 30 days. We waited until 30 days but didn't receive any emails or replies.
We waited from June until August, which was three months, never been contacted by the company.
We are very patient. ❗️🥹
So we contacted the airline counter at Don Muang Airport on the 9/8/68 day, and the authorities said that they would follow the matter. The authorities said that the airline would have a refund of only one amount, 16,460.02 baht.
Because airlines should have information on how many customers are cut.
And what we're really afraid of is that we only have one peak, and then the other will wait a long time and start a new step. 🥹
The authorities have filmed our credit card status and attached an email to the subject.

From August 9/8/68, we waited until September 26/9/68, and then there was only one refund, which was 16,460.02 baht. We would cry a lot, but it was not complete.
We contacted the airport counter again on 2/10/68 (5 months, I haven't reached 55), and we told the authorities that I haven't completed another balance. The officer received a story. Another day, a mail from the airline emailed on 3/10/68 that we would wait another 30 days to return the second balance. How do you feel? 🥹🥹🥹
Finally, we have a second peak of 16,460.02.
