💗 Mali Cakery Homemade: It's a shop that I really want to eat. Because I've watched Meapa eat it so much. It's really delicious. We ordered it as a rose tongue tart. The cream is very light. The filling of the tongue and the rose is very fragrant. Eat earlgrey tea pairs is coming in. And the dress shop is very cute. The garden feed is for sipping tea in the afternoon.
💗 Hiroko: Shiopan This shop is delicious, crisp, butterly soaked. We like to order strawberry cream and ham cheese. Cool.
💗 11AM cafe: This shop is embroidered from the beginning, because it is a YouTube addict. In the shop is very cute decoration. A lot of menus. We order coffee + snacks to get on the co-working space, suitable for people to eat very sweet.
💗 From Scratch: It's a shop that many people say they have to try and feed it very often, so they order Black Forest Cake to try it and it's omg. Why is it so light? The cake and the cream. It melts in the mouth. The kind that closes your eyes is indistinguishable from which one, which cake, which is really cream. 🤩
การได้ลองกินอาหารตามพิกัดที่คนท้องถิ่นแนะนำถือว่าเป็นการเปิดประสบการณ์ที่น่าตื่นเต้นมากๆ ครับ ในการใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในขอนแก่นสองเดือน ผมได้ค้นพบว่าการเลือกกินร้านที่มีเอกลักษณ์และรสชาติตรงใจเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมาก สำหรับสายชากาแฟ ร้าน Trio Whisk ถือเป็นตัวเลือกอันดับต้นๆ ที่โดดเด่นมาก เพราะเปิดรับส่งฟรีถึงโรงพยาบาล มอบความสะดวกสบายให้คนที่ต้องการพักผ่อนระหว่างวัน ส่วนร้าน Aimmes Cafe และ Midori Hayate ก็เป็นสวรรค์สำหรับคนรักกาแฟและมัทฉะแบบสุขภาพดี และชอบความหลากหลายเมนูที่ทางร้านคิดค้นมาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ส่วนสายกินจุ สายซดคล่องคออย่างข้าวต้มแซ่ลิ้ม หรือ Kenji Shabu ที่มีบุฟเฟต์เนื้อหมูให้เลือก อร่อยครบจบทุกคำ ทำให้ผมประทับใจในความคุ้มค่าและคุณภาพ เนื้อนุ่ม ซุปเข้มข้น และเมนูของว่างที่หลากหลาย ด้านร้านเล้ง เย็นตาโฟ ที่น้ำซุปหวานนำแต่เข้ากันได้ดีกับเผือกทอด ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งความแปลกใหม่ที่ผมชอบมาก สำหรับคนที่ชอบอาหารอีสานและความแซ่บ ร้านจิ้นทอดป้าตือ และแจ่วฮ้อนคอนเนค เป็นร้านที่ผมแนะนำ เพราะรสชาติจัดจ้านแต่มีหลายเมนูให้เลือกแบบแชร์กันได้สบายๆ รวมถึงร้านลาบโต๊ะแดงที่ไม่แค่แซ่บแต่ยังบรรยากาศดี เหมาะสำหรับนั่งชิลกับเพื่อน ในส่วนของสายของหวาน ร้านติ๋มนมสด กับขนมปังนุ่มและดิปนมที่อร่อยมาก รวมถึง Bar-Lance ที่เน้นความเฮลตี้แต่รสชาติดี ทำให้ผมรู้สึกได้ถึงความตั้งใจของร้านที่อยากให้ลูกค้ากินของดีมีประโยชน์จริงๆ มาลองทาร์ตลิ้นจี่กุหลาบที่ Mali Cakery Homemade ก็ทำให้ผมตกหลุมรักความละเอียดของรสชาติและบรรยากาศร้านที่เหมือนสวนเล็กๆ สุดท้าย การได้มีโอกาสนั่งชิลที่ 11AM cafe พร้อมเมนูกาแฟและขนมหลากหลาย รวมถึงเค้ก Black Forest ที่เบาเหมือนละลายในปากจากร้าน From Scratch ทำให้ผมมั่นใจว่าขอนแก่นมีร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่คุณภาพสูงที่ควรค่าแก่การหาเวลามาลิ้มลอง และถ้าเพื่อนๆ กำลังมองหาที่กินในเมืองขอนแก่น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสายชา กาแฟ อิ่มท้อง หรือสายหวาน ที่นี่คือแหล่งรวมความอร่อยที่ตอบโจทย์ทุกไลฟ์สไตล์จริงๆครับ
