Migraine Friendly Scents 🌿
A lot of people always ask how I manage to handle various fragrances as someone who has suffered from migraines for 20+ years. And the answer is I still can't. Most stronger fragrances I like I have to alter with lighter fragrances.
However, the 3 fragrances I posted, all from Bath and Body Works, have never triggered a migraine when used solely. Some people have complained that these fragrances aren't strong, but for those of us who have sensitivities, these work out perfectly.
Bath and Body Works: Emily in Paris Macaron Cloud: extremely light yet sweet fragrance. Doesn't have much longevity.. maybe 4 hours max, but it is a great light scent.
Bath and Body Works: Pure Wonder: has a very light airy smell, which, in my opinion, helps open up the senses. The scent does linger but not in a strong way.
Bath and Body Works: Vanilla Suede: This scent is the strongest out of the 3 listed but a very smooth refined fragrance. It's not one of those vanilla fragrances that automatically trigger a migraine.
