Items like Shell Bell for consistent healing or Expert Belt for a damage boost on super-effective moves will also be very helpful. While the article mentioned uncertainty about Herba Mystica drops, I'm crossing my fingers! These 5-star raids are often a great source for those rare ingredients, alongside Tera Shards, Exp.
