Ingredients:

chopped pickles — again, squeeze them well.
sesame oil
white and black sesame seeds
mushroom powder
dried seaweed
Mayo (Kewpie)
Fold everything together gently so the rice doesn’t get mushy. (Don’t mix too hard)
Taste and adjust
