I tell everybody I’m too busy… meanwhile this girl catches me everywhere I go. 😂
Target? She’s coming.
TJ Maxx? She’s coming.
Walmart? Obviously.
And she’s not just coming — she has OPINIONS. 😂 She’s picking out what’s cute, telling me what I absolutely do NOT need, and somehow getting a few things of her own into the basket.
So yes, I’m busy… but apparently I come with a tiny shopping consultant. 😎🕶️
And FYI… The sunglasses were simply necessary. 😂
As a busy parent, I completely relate to the experience of having a little one who insists on accompanying you everywhere—even when you try to run quick errands. It turns out, having a mini shopping consultant can be both a challenge and a delight. My child loves to weigh in on every purchase, often vetoing items they deem unnecessary and adding a few choices of their own. This dynamic can turn an ordinary shopping trip into a fun negotiation and bonding time. From my experience, places like Target and Walmart become familiar territory when you're balancing a busy schedule and a curious child who wants to be part of the decision-making. It's fascinating to see how kids develop their own tastes and opinions early on! The key is to embrace the chaos and find humor in their commentary. For instance, a simple pair of sunglasses might be a must-have for me, but for the little consultant, it becomes an exciting accessory that they approve of. This shopping journey reminds me that parenting often involves multitasking and adapting, turning everyday activities into memorable stories. It’s important to keep patience and enjoy these moments, as they are precious opportunities for teaching and growing together. Whether it’s discussing what’s ‘cute’ or figuring out what’s ‘absolutely not needed,’ these trips are a wonderful mix of love, laughter, and life lessons.
