Why I Start My Morning with a Glow Chai Elixir

This is one of my favorite hormone-supportive breakfasts:

Sourdough avocado toast + microgreens

and my homemade Glow Chai Elixir

Here’s why this combination works:

• Healthy fats from avocado help stabilize blood sugar

• Fiber supports digestion and detox pathways

• Warming spices in my Glow Chai Elixir (cinnamon, ginger, clove) gently stimulate metabolism

• Balanced mornings = fewer cravings later

Most women try to “eat less” to lean out.

I focus on:
