WARNING ‼️ WEIGHT+EATING So since August 7th 2023 I went on a major weight loss journey and it was basically me trying to figure it out until: January 2024 when I was able to get it and started to learn how to run. Since then I have lost about 30lbs. I hit plateaus and there were some major even
