After experiencing severe damage from acrylic nails, I found myself needing to start fresh by cutting all my nails short. This was a tough decision but necessary to give my nails a chance to heal. Initially, I tried using an oil pen daily, hoping it would restore strength, but sadly, my nails remained weak, and I almost gave up. My breakthrough came when I discovered ClearZal® Nail and Cuticle Serum by DiaDerm. This serum contains natural oils like tea tree oil that hydrate, condition, and repair nails and cuticles. Applying it nightly for two months made a remarkable difference; my nails grew stronger, and I began seeing visible improvements that even my friends noticed. What really helped in this journey was consistency. Daily care with nourishing oils and avoiding harsh chemicals gave my nails the environment they needed to recover. If you're dealing with damaged nails from acrylics or other treatments, I recommend cutting back damaged parts, using a quality nail serum regularly, and being patient. Additionally, protecting your nails by wearing gloves during chores and avoiding nail-biting or picking can prevent further damage. Remember, nail recovery takes time, but with proper care and the right products, you can regain healthy, beautiful natural nails that last without chipping or breaking.
