💪🏻 Exercise: We focus on magic > Cardio will be released according to the clip in Khun Bebe's Red House (Anguish Guaranteed 🔥). There will be some stepper play. Exercise 3-5 times a week (total > = 150 minutes / week, sometimes not 555 +)
