จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การเปลี่ยนแปลงจิตใจเป็นสิ่งที่ยากแต่คุ้มค่ามาก เมื่อก่อนตัวเองเคยพยายามจะเปลี่ยนแปลงคนรอบข้างหรือเหตุการณ์ภายนอกอยู่บ่อยครั้ง แต่สุดท้ายก็ต้องผิดหวังและเครียดมาก เพราะสิ่งเหล่านั้นอยู่เหนือการควบคุมของเรา จนกระทั่งได้รู้จักกับวิธีฝึกอานาปานสติ ที่เน้นการรับรู้ลมหายใจเข้าออกอย่างมีสติ ทุกครั้งที่ทำจะรู้สึกว่าจิตใจสงบขึ้น เบาลง และสามารถมองสิ่งต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างใจเย็น ไม่โกรธหรือเกรี้ยวกราดอีกต่อไป วิธีนี้ช่วยให้ใจเราไม่ยึดติดกับเรื่องแย่ๆ ทำให้คลื่นพลังลบที่ส่งผลต่อคนรอบข้างค่อยๆลดลงไป เมื่อใจเราเปลี่ยนแปลง สิ่งแวดล้อมรอบตัวก็จะสะท้อนออกมาในรูปแบบที่ดีขึ้น ถึงแม้ว่าคนอื่นหรือสถานการณ์จะไม่เปลี่ยน แต่เรารู้สึกว่าดีขึ้นเพราะมุมมองของเราสว่างไสวกว่าเดิม นอกจากนี้ การยอมรับว่าวาระกรรมของแต่ละคนมีผลกับชีวิตมาก เป็นข้อคิดที่ดีที่ทำให้เรามีความอดทนและไม่เร่งรัดใครเปลี่ยน ตัวเราเองจึงเน้นฝึกเมตตาและให้อภัย แม้เจอคนใจร้ายก็ไม่เก็บทุกข์ เพราะเชื่อว่ากรรมจะเป็นตัวช่วยผ่อนคลายปัญหาในที่สุด อย่างไรก็ตาม การฝึกฝนจิตใจไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย ต้องใช้เวลาและความสม่ำเสมอ ยังมีจังหวะชีวิตที่พลั้งพลาดหรือรู้สึกหลงทาง แต่ทุกประสบการณ์คือครูที่ช่วยให้เราค่อยๆเรียนรู้และเติบโตทางใจอย่างแท้จริง สรุปแล้ว การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่แท้จริงไม่ใช่การบังคับให้สิ่งภายนอกเป็นไปตามใจ แต่คือการเปลี่ยนจิตใจของเราเอง ทำให้ปล่อยวางความโกรธ ความเกลียด และความทุกข์ใจ เพื่อสร้างความสงบสุขที่มั่นคงจากภายใน นี่คือกุญแจสำคัญสู่ชีวิตที่สมดุลและมีความสุขจริงในทุกช่วงเวลาของชีวิต
