There’s something so satisfying about turning a handful of things from the allotment into something you can actually eat. Fresh basil, garlic and a few simple ingredients, blended into pesto and suddenly I’m pretending I’ve got my life together. 😂🌿

Learning to enjoy the quieter things 📖☕ There’s something really lovely about an evening with nowhere to be, a cosy corner, a good book and a cup of tea. I’ve always loved reading, but there’s something extra satisfying about having the time to properly switch off and get lost in a story.
