when my daughter was a newborn we did not have a bedtime routine because we were honestly just trying to survive, she’s my first baby so we were trying to figure everything out!

Maybe it was just me but it felt impossible to have a bedtime routine with a newborn. Especially when they’re waking up all the time throughout the night. I just did what seemed best in the moment. After a few months it was easier to get a routine going
