Do you want to sleep on your face?
Sleeping hard on the fan can cause dry eyes, dry throat, and headaches when awake.
If you have to turn the fan on your face, this will help a lot.
* Adjust the wind to "obliquely pass through" instead of blowing directly.
* Reduce fan strength, especially when sleeping
* Use staggering mode. It won't hit the same spot all night.
* Set the time for 1-3 hours and then go out.
* If the room is very dry, place a tumbler or humidifier in the room.
* Drink a little water before bed
* If the eyes dry easily, try wearing artificial tears before bed.
* If the neck is dry often, try a thin blanket covering the neck / chest.
A headache when waking up, sometimes caused by cold winds hitting the face and neck all night, can cause muscle tension, especially if the air conditioner is turned on together.
If you try to adjust, you still wake up with a headache every day or a dizzy / tight chest, you should check for allergies, sinuses, or not enough sleep.
