Manage the team system with a task board on the conception.

⭐ change to a system where the team ~ uses a Task Board like this • The leader focuses, the team grows. 🎉

.

"Many chiefs don't know.

That this is what makes the team slow to grow. "

Every job goes through the chief examination alone. 🫣

.

Sounds good. Seems to control the quality.

But when actually doing

Head fatigue, backlog, waiting team, slow project.

.

Lastly, the chief became a "bottleneck."

(Bottleneck = point that makes the whole system slow) of the whole team.

.

Let's change from "Top-down *."

That the boss must see everything.

.

Become a "Team-up."

"Teams watch the work" through "Task Board."

.

📌 Task Board = Task Board, where everyone sees real-time status.

.

〰️ Doing = work being done

〰️ Wait Team Review = Teammates Help Together Feedback / Edit Before Sending Chief

〰️ Done = finished work

.

Why does this method help?

✅ Reduce the burden, boss. Don't check every point.

✅ The team has developed skills because they help each other fix it before sending it.

✅ work faster because you don't have to wait alone.

.

Pee Nam invited to use this system in Notion because

♫ Easy drag-drop (drag & drop)

~ Defining a clear line

♫ Can paste files, photos and comments in Task

~ See the whole project on one page

.

Think about it.

If every job goes through "friend's eyes" before reaching the boss,

The boss also has time to focus on big strategy.

The team practiced thinking, practicing problem solving.

The business grew because everyone developed along the way. 😍🎉

To deploy to the team 😍💖
