The toxic embodiment 🥹
We started working 24 years ago.
- Good job, bad money (but good boss)
- Good job, hard travel, a lot of money, but toxic work, exploitation company.
- Chief, boss, act like the center of the world.
- Toxic society doesn't solve the penalty.
Very discouraged at one point, increasing age with non-low-income jobs, a discouraged society, many things, it's nowhere good, but it's ever met on a very negative - very negative level.
Encourage everyone who has experienced bad things. Not everyone is lucky, which I thought, but now I feel that luck is on the side of God. God sympathizes. All gods give blessings.
I was tired, I worked far from home, but came back to sleep. I never thought I had to go to work. I thought I was lazy to wake up early, but I was good at getting up and working every day. 💗🙏🏻✨
เคยมีช่วงเวลาที่ผมเองก็รู้สึกหมดแรงกับการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ toxic มาก่อน เหมือนถูกเหนี่ยวรั้งด้วยหัวหน้าที่ไม่เข้าใจ และเพื่อนร่วมงานที่ไม่สนับสนุนกันเลย เวลาโตขึ้นทำให้มองเห็นความสำคัญของการมีสภาพการทำงานที่ดีขึ้นมากกว่าแค่เงินเดือนสูง งานดี รายได้เหมาะสม และหัวหน้าที่ดี คือสามหัวใจหลักที่ทำให้เรารักงานและรู้สึกอยากลุกขึ้นมาใส่ใจงานทุกวัน ผมชอบที่บทความนี้เน้นเรื่องหัวหน้าที่ดีและสังคมที่ไม่ toxic เพราะมันเปลี่ยนแปลงความรู้สึกในการทำงานได้เยอะมาก สำหรับใครที่กำลังรู้สึกท้อแท้กับงาน เดินทางไกล หรือเจอที่ทำงานที่ไม่ได้ดีอย่างใจหวัง ลองเปลี่ยนมุมมองว่าความท้าทายนั้นเป็นโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ หลีกเลี่ยงสังคมที่ไม่ดีและมองหาจุดพักใจ เช่น การนอนหลับให้เพียงพอ หรือหาเวลาทำสิ่งที่รักนอกเวลางานเพื่อเสริมพลังใจ สุดท้าย ผมอยากบอกว่าการเจองานที่ใช่ไม่ง่ายแต่ก็ไม่ได้ยากเกินไป การค้นหางานที่สอดคล้องกับไลฟ์สไตล์และมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่อบอุ่นนั้นมีความหมายมากกว่ารายได้เพียงอย่างเดียว ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกคนที่กำลังตามหางานที่ทำให้หัวใจได้ยิ้มและรู้สึกภูมิใจกับทุกวันที่ลุกขึ้นไปทำงานค่ะ
