Balling on a budget with a mean craving for shrimp fried rice and fried shrimp. I was determined not to go to the store for any reason. Using vinegar and 2% milk, I whipped up a batter for these shrimp and put all those teenage years of working at a Chinese restaurant to work! Presentation maybe a 3 or 4 but the taste was definitely 10/10
