Today we tried Silenced Highland at Ksana in Central Park. We normally like Nutty, so the staff introduced it, but when we tried it in Clear Usucha, the taste was very interesting, so I wanted to share it.

👅 Taste Notes: The taste is stagnant and discreet, intense but not hard. Even though you have a clear concentration of tea, the touch is very smooth, making it easy to drink. Although the nut tone is not as clear shouting as expected at the beginning, the cleanliness of the taste is very good. Drinking is refreshing. Clean is not heavy.

Seen on the menu, he is paired with Japanese snacks. Looks very cute. We secretly thought that if we eat with the sweet snacks of the shop, the intensity of the tea will definitely match very well. Unfortunately, today we have an appointment to eat, so we have to give up, not taste the snacks at all. Who went to try and tell us how delicious!

If anyone is looking for a ceremonial grade of matcha that emphasizes "dark, refreshing and easy to drink" without wanting sweetness, I think Silenced Highland is a good price. It's a Minimal deliciousness that matches the store atmosphere.
