Looking for Mediterranean food in CBD area?

📍Alani

Nice brunch spot with a rooftop seating area with a few aircon seats inside near maxwell mrt - I got the Avocado on sourdough and total price after gst was ard $28.00. The food is quite pricey but the portion is quite generous so it can be shared with 2-3 ppl if you are gg with friends 😊vibes were rlly nice and there are coolers in the outdoor seating area as well! also try to go on weekdays where there are lesser crowds

... Read moreIf you're craving Mediterranean food in the CBD, Alani near Maxwell MRT is definitely worth a visit. From my visit, the avocado on sourdough was a standout—fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced with the toasted bread. While the price might seem a bit high at around $28 including GST, the portion sizes are generous enough to share between two or three people, which makes it more economical, especially when dining with friends. One of the highlights of Alani is its rooftop seating area, which offers a relaxed vibe combined with thoughtful comfort features like air-conditioned areas and outdoor coolers. This makes it a great spot to enjoy brunch even on warmer days. I also recommend heading there on weekdays, as it tends to be quieter, so you can really soak in the atmosphere without the bustle. Their menu has a lovely Mediterranean flair with options that include not only brunch staples but also Mediterranean-inspired cakes and coffee options listed in the cafe's display, such as Pistachio Blueberry Lemon Scone and Portokalopita cheesecake. These desserts pair nicely with their carefully crafted espresso or a refreshing Aperol Spritz if you want to try something light and festive. For anyone looking to experience a Mediterranean brunch spot that balances quality with ambiance in Singapore's CBD, Alani offers a unique blend of good food, great vibes, and convenience thanks to its proximity to Maxwell MRT. Whether you're meeting friends or enjoying a solo brunch, this place delivers a memorable dining experience.
