It feels weirdThat I never learnedHow to properly

As someone in her late 20s I’m a bit sad that I didn’t learn how to play and apply makeup nicely when I was younger. Given, I did save a lot of money since I never invested in it, but I do wanna try out some makeup styles that I see on line. And when I do try to put in makeup it never looks how I want it to or it was really off lolol

Do you like applying makeup or are you someone who doesn’t put any makeup at all? #GirlTalk #lemon8challenge #relatablemakeup #my face looked weird #faildmakeup

I have no idea how to apply the basics like foundation, concealer, etc. I know the other stuff like eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, etc. But really, I always relied on my sister to help me if I did a makeup look bc she did color guard and knows the ropes. 😭

I taught myself how to do mainly everything girly. My mom was a cosmetologist but I still had to learn everything on my own because of our complicated relationship. I fell in love with makeup but slowly stopped wearing it. I feel like the trends are so different now that I don’t know how to wear it right anymore
