This is a hard question for me because I love the look of both, but I feel like the random ornament ones add more character to the tree and you can also learn about what that person likes based on the tree!

Me and my boyfriend accumulated lots of random ornaments we liked so we would most likely have lots of mis matched ornaments but that’s ok with us!

I like a theme for ornaments! But I don’t think I would be opposed to random ones if they all mean something etc. it’s cute and personal!

I like random because I grew up getting to pick a new ornament every year. Obviously none of them match but they all have sentimental meaning to me
