Bangkok with the "BMA Models."
Good support, good process and good workers in the employment of over 400 people with 7 types of disabilities. Build a disabled person for civil service work, regular employees and volunteers to help work in various agencies, and aim for the future to employ 629 people according to the legal rate.

โมเดล 3ดี BMA Model ของกรุงเทพมหานครเป็นแนวทางที่เน้นการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการจ้างงานคนพิการอย่างครอบคลุมและมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามกฎหมายที่กำหนดเป้าหมายการจ้างงานคนพิการจำนวน 629 คน เพื่อสร้างโอกาสและประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เหมาะสมตามศักยภาพของแต่ละบุคคล โมเดลนี้ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้านที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ สนับสนุนดี เน้นการจัดหาทรัพยากรและการช่วยเหลือที่เหมาะสม กระบวนการดี การวางแผนและออกแบบงานตามความสามารถคนพิการให้มีความหมายและคงทน และคนทำงานดี สร้างความร่วมมือจากเจ้าหน้าที่และฝ่ายบริหารในทุกหน่วยงาน เพื่อให้การจ้างงานคนพิการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การจ้างงานคนพิการด้วยความสามารถ ไม่ใช่ความสงสาร เป็นแนวคิดหลักที่กรุงเทพมหานครให้ความสำคัญ เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจว่าคนพิการได้รับโอกาสที่เท่าเทียมและสามารถทำงานได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ เป็นการสร้างต้นแบบคนพิการที่มีตำแหน่งข้าราชการ ลูกจ้างประจำ และอาสาสมัคร ซึ่งช่วยลดภาระงานและสร้างสังคมที่เท่าเทียม นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังสะท้อนเจตนารมณ์ของกรุงเทพมหานครในการสร้างเมืองที่น่าอยู่สำหรับทุกคน ภายใต้แนวคิด Bangkok for All ที่ไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง โดยการมุ่งหวังให้คนพิการมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น มีความมั่นคงในงาน และส่งเสริมให้ก้าวสู่การพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน การตระหนักถึงกฎหมายและนโยบายที่ชัดเจนช่วยให้โครงการนี้ดำเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่องไม่ว่าจะมีผู้บริหารคนใดมาดำรงตำแหน่ง เพื่อเป็นต้นแบบที่ดีของสังคมไทยในการดูแลและส่งเสริมความหลากหลายทางความสามารถของประชาชนทุกกลุ่มอย่างแท้จริง
