The BMA shakes hands with the Ministry of Resources-Industry Council-Car Camp, launches the Green List Plus project, the "PM2.5 Dust Promotion," moves forward to drive the green city, the PM2.5 Dust Reduction Vehicle Inspection Campaign, creates Bangkok, sustainable good weather, ready to move forward 10 dark measures, reduce air pollution, invite the public to check the engine.
Mr. Shachchan, a press release for the Green List Plus project "Pro-Dust PM2.5," raised the level of haze and dust response measures in the Bangkok area in 2026, with Mr. Suchang Chomon, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Ms. Yupin Boonsirimon, Chairman of the Automotive Industry Group, the Industrial Council of Thailand, and Surin Vocational Director-General of Pollution Control, at the Holy Meeting House, Tridet, 2nd Floor, Pollution Control Department, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Phyathai District.
Governor Shachchan added that as a result of the National Environmental Commission declaring Bangkok as a pollution control area during November to March each year, today all relevant sectors, government and private sector, have come together to drive the "Green List Plus Pro-Dust Reduction PM2.5" project, as well as other measures to reduce and eliminate pollution in Bangkok, which has been grouped into 4-3-3: 4 dark laws, 3 all-round cooperation, and 3 protecting public health, for a total of 10 measures:
1. This car project is a collaboration of all sectors in the third year, which today has developed into Green List Plus for four-wheelers, so it is inviting to bring a car to replace engine oil and air filters at participating service centers, such as Honda, Toyota, Isuzu, Ford, Nissan, Suzuki, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hino, PTT gas distribution stations. Some from Cell PTT, BECKWIC Service Center and other companies to receive a discount on wages, spare parts or on specified terms from November 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, with a goal of 500,000 vehicles, including registering Green List Plus to receive a Green Account certificate for 4-wheelers and receive additional benefits from The Mall Group, Central Development, CPX, BTS AIS or other participating companies, such as increasing parking hours for free or receiving Gift Vouchers, etc.
2. Low-pollution zone (LEZ) measures, from the original, prohibit cars from running 6 or more wheels into the Ringdoms area. It is prohibited from running into all 50 Bangkok areas, except for Green List vehicles, which have been registered through the website https://lez.bangkok.go.th since October 20, 2025. Over 4,600 vehicles have been registered on 6 or more wheels.
3. The standard for black smoke has gone from 30 percent to no more than 20 percent, thanks to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, which has helped push the law to completion and effect on November 1, 2025. But there is another law that must continue to push to reduce the duration of cars emitting more than standard black smoke.
4. Construction sites, factories and establishments. All vehicles in use must have a black smoke value not exceeding the standard and register a green account with Bangkok.
5. Install the CEMs system in factories with boilers (Boilers) and revise the NOx SO2 and TSP standards more intensely, which has been co-operated by the Ministry of Industry to raise the Bill.
6. Reduce the agricultural burning of the surrounding provinces of Bangkok by using the pollution control zone mechanism in a joint agreement, which Bangkok has already begun discussions with Nakhon Nakhon Nakhon on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
7. Elevate Dust Alert through Cell Broadcast is in discussions with the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, develop a dust scenario forecasting system 3-7 days in advance, and let the public raise issues with 2.5 dust through Traffy Fondue, as well as the installation of Super Station Real Time to analyze the composition of PM2.5 dust in real time.
8. Make dust-free rooms in child development centers before school days and kindergarten levels 1-3 in Bangkok schools.
9. Work From Home This year, we have a target of 300,000 people to participate, so we invite to register as a Work From Home network. We have established two guidelines: when Bangkok announces cooperation and Work From Home continues at least one day a week through January to March 2026.
10. Plant a million trees to filter dust, especially in the eastern zone of Bangkok, where more than 2.2 million trees are now registered.
จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ติดตามโครงการ Green List Plus ไปจริง ทำให้เห็นความตั้งใจอย่างแรงกล้าในการแก้ปัญหาฝุ่น PM2.5 ของกรุงเทพมหานครและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมาตรการที่โดดเด่นคือการขยายความร่วมมือกับค่ายรถยนต์และศูนย์บริการรถ เพื่อเชิญชวนประชาชนนำรถมาเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่องและไส้กรองอากาศ ซึ่งเป็นวิธีที่ง่ายแต่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการลดฝุ่นที่เกิดจากการเผาไหม้ไม่สมบูรณ์ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับสิทธิพิเศษ อาทิ ส่วนลดและบัตรกำนัล ที่สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าโครงการนี้ไม่ได้เน้นแค่เรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมเท่านั้น แต่ยังคำนึงถึงสิทธิประโยชน์ของผู้เข้าร่วมเพื่อจูงใจให้มีส่วนร่วมกันอย่างกว้างขวาง อีกหนึ่งมาตรการที่น่าสนใจคือ เขตมลพิษต่ำ (LEZ) ที่ขยายขอบเขตการควบคุมรถประเภทหนักเข้มงวดกว่าเดิม ช่วยลดฝุ่นจากยานพาหนะได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม พร้อมกับการกำหนดมาตรฐานค่าควันดำที่เข้มข้นมากขึ้น เป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีของการบังคับใช้กฎหมายอย่างจริงจัง ผมยังประทับใจการสื่อสารและแจ้งเตือนของโครงการ ที่พัฒนาเทคโนโลยี Cell Broadcast เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับข้อมูลสถานการณ์ฝุ่นในเวลาจริงและพยากรณ์ล่วงหน้า ซึ่งช่วยให้สามารถเตรียมตัวรับมือได้ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้การตั้งเป้าปลูกต้นไม้ถึงล้านต้นเป็นความคิดที่ยั่งยืน สอดคล้องกับความต้องการสร้างชุมชนสีเขียวในระยะยาว การเชิญชวนให้ประชาชนเข้าร่วม Work From Home ยังเห็นเป็นการลดการใช้รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลในช่วงที่อากาศแย่ลง ซึ่งถือเป็นแนวทางที่ได้ประโยชน์กับทุกฝ่าย ทั้งสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม จากภาพรวมที่ได้เห็น ผมเชื่อว่าโครงการนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ลดฝุ่น PM2.5 แต่ยังสร้างวัฒนธรรมความร่วมมือเพื่อเมืองที่น่าอยู่อีกด้วย แนะนำให้ทุกคนลองเข้าร่วมโครงการ Green List Plus และลงทะเบียนในเว็บไซต์ที่กำหนด เพื่อร่วมกันผลักดันกรุงเทพฯ ให้เป็นเมืองที่มีอากาศดีและยั่งยืนไปด้วยกัน
