🪪 BMA opens special case ID card making service, facilitates MP election - referendum 🗳️
📍 for the public to use the MP and referendum voting conveniently, the BMA by the Registration Department, all 50 district offices are available for special ID cards on both pre-election day, general election day and referendum voting. Any person whose ID card has expired or been lost can visit to the district office near the house.

ในช่วงการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรและการออกเสียงประชามติที่ผ่านมา ผมได้มีโอกาสไปใช้บริการทำบัตรประชาชนกรณีพิเศษที่สำนักงานเขตแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพฯ ได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ประทับใจและอยากแนะนำเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้อ่านเตรียมตัวได้ดีขึ้น โดยขั้นตอนการทำบัตรประชาชนกรณีพิเศษนั้นค่อนข้างรวดเร็วและสะดวก เนื่องจากสำนักงานเขตได้จัดเตรียมเจ้าหน้าที่พร้อมเครื่องมืออย่างครบครัน เช่น การสแกนลายนิ้วมือและถ่ายรูปทันที ช่วยลดเวลารอคอย ผมได้รับคำแนะนำให้เตรียมนำเอกสารหลักอย่างบัตรประชาชนตัวจริง หรือถ้าไม่มี สามารถใช้ใบอนุญาตขับขี่หรือหนังสือเดินทางได้ ซึ่งช่วยรองรับประชาชนได้ครอบคลุมมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การให้บริการในวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ ตั้งแต่เวลา 08.00-17.00 น. ถือเป็นการอำนวยความสะดวกที่ยอดเยี่ยม เพราะหลายคนอาจติดภารกิจในวันธรรมดา การเพิ่มช่องทางดิจิทัลอย่างแอป ThaID และ DLT QR Licence ยังเปิดโอกาสให้แสดงบัตรประชาชนดิจิทัลซึ่งเป็นทางเลือกที่ทันสมัยและเป็นทางการมากขึ้น ซึ่งผมว่ามันมีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในยุคปัจจุบันที่สมาร์ทโฟนเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น สิ่งที่ผมอยากเน้นย้ำคือ อย่านำภาพถ่ายหรือสกรีนช็อตบัตรประชาชนมาใช้แทนบัตรจริง เพราะทางการไม่รับรอง และอาจทำให้เสียสิทธิ์การใช้สิทธิได้ นอกจากนี้ การตรวจสอบสิทธิผ่านเว็บไซต์ของกรมการปกครองก็ถือว่าช่วยให้เรามั่นใจว่าเราอยู่ในรายชื่อผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งหรือไม่ก่อนวันจริง ผมอยากชวนทุกคนเตรียมตัวล่วงหน้า เช็คเอกสารและสิทธิ์ของตนเองให้เรียบร้อย และใช้โอกาสที่ทาง กทม. เปิดให้บริการทำบัตรประชาชนกรณีพิเศษ เพื่อให้การไปใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งในวันที่ 1 และ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและสะดวกมากที่สุด เพราะการใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญของประชาธิปไตยที่เราทุกคนควรมีส่วนร่วม
