✨🏫 BMA shakes hands with TIJ, molding "RJ in Schools Sandbox," creating a safe space in academies with a culture of restorative justice, aimed at expanding 437 schools throughout the city.
Deputy Governor Sanon is the opening chairman of the RJ in Schools Sandbox, a pilot school development for remedial justice at the Thailand Institute for Justice (TIJ), four major districts.

การพัฒนาพื้นที่ปลอดภัยในสถานศึกษาด้วยแนวคิดความยุติธรรมเชิงฟื้นฟู (Restorative Justice หรือ RJ) ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเปลี่ยนแปลงวัฒนธรรมในโรงเรียน ซึ่งช่วยเน้นการแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้งผ่านการเข้าใจและการเยียวยามากกว่าการลงโทษอย่างเดียว จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ติดตามและแลกเปลี่ยนกับครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ พบว่าแนวทาง RJ ช่วยให้ครูสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและมีความเข้าใจกับนักเรียนมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้นักเรียนรู้สึกถึงความปลอดภัยและเปิดใจมากขึ้น ไม่เพียงแต่เรื่องความรุนแรงในโรงเรียนเท่านั้น แต่ยังช่วยลดปัญหาการกลั่นแกล้งและเพิ่มทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีระหว่างนักเรียนด้วย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในยุคที่เด็กต้องเผชิญกับภัยคุกคามจากโลกออนไลน์ การลดการใช้หน้าจอและส่งเสริมการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์คุณภาพระหว่างครูและนักเรียนเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมาก เพราะจะช่วยให้นักเรียนได้ฝึกการคิดอย่างมีสติและสร้างสมดุลชีวิตมากขึ้น รวมถึงช่วยให้ครูมีบทบาทเป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยในการรับฟังและช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอย่างแท้จริง โครงการนี้จึงไม่ใช่แค่การอบรมครูหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายในโรงเรียนเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่คือการสร้างระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน ที่ทุกฝ่ายต้องร่วมมือกันเพื่อบ่มเพาะสันติภาพและความเข้าใจในสังคมเด็กไทยต่อไปในอนาคต การขยายผลไปสู่โรงเรียนทั้ง 437 แห่งในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครจึงเป็นการส่งต่อโอกาสและคุณค่าที่สำคัญที่จะช่วยลดความรุนแรงและสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นมิตรในวงกว้างมากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ทั้งกับเด็ก ครู และชุมชนโดยรวมอย่างแท้จริง
