Governor General Chatchan has not yet decided on the next BMA governor. Let's wait to hear after the end of the May 21 term.
Mr. Shachchan, the governor of Bangkok, revealed that the case is to run for the BMA governor again or not, because there is still one month left, which will expire on May 21, 2026, but acknowledged that the policy has been devised, with a team to help if he continues to do more, such as new city planning, but now he is doing his best job here before concluding whether he will run or not, so during the last month before the end of his term, every minute of his term as governor of BMA. The current duty must be first applied or rarely announced.
Mr. Shachchan also said that in the next month in office, he will have to speed up the backlog and publicize the policy as much as possible, but this is still like driving the last three years to accelerate and look at the problems that are considered normal.
Mr. Shachchan insisted that if he is running, he likes freedom rather than political parties, because he is considered to be working independently and working with everyone, not having to divide the party, and the people choose the members of the Bangkok Council, and we respect it, not looking at what political parties he is affiliated with, but looking at work, so he invites the people to choose a good, quality, determined to work transparent, and in the future, if he has a new BMA governor, he will work together effectively.
Mr. Shachchan also stated that the election of the BMA governor is not the same as the selection of the prime minister, since the BMA governor does not have to be voted by the SCA because each person chooses, so if the new BMA governor has a good team, a good team will have an effective team.
