When I changed to walk 8,000-10,000 steps, I concluded that I was very happy, I walked comfortably, I didn't put pressure, and my abdomen collapsed. 🤍 This year I thought I would reduce my run to one day a week, and the rest focused on walking, yoga, bodyweight 🪄🥗🫙🧘🏻‍♀️🎧✅.
