I ate Jinaikatsudon as before, but this time I went to eat Kakuni-don.
■ Kakuni rice bowl of pork belly
A huge kakuni that seems to go around the bowl! Exciting does not stop ✨ Melting fat and melting red meat are cut with chopsticks from anywhere, and the rich seasoning is well soaked and rice goes on. It is also fun to have a lot of condiments.
■ Wagyu beef tendon kettle ball udon
The bear-shaped ginger butter is cute 🧸 The taste of beef tendon and the thickness of the egg are entwined and very delicious!
■ Lotus heaven
I've been addicted to lotus root lately, and I ordered it as a topping for udon, but you can have it on a separate plate. Eating with salt or dipping it in udon is also good texture and deliciousness.
I went there aiming to open, but after a while there was a line. I am too happy to be able to eat such delicious food in Saga ✨
うどん大吉は佐賀県神埼市で地元に愛されるお店で、行列ができるのも納得の味の良さが魅力です。私も開店直後に訪れて、その巨大な豚バラの角煮丼に感動しました。角煮は脂身がとろけるほど柔らかく、ホロホロの赤身が口の中でほどけていき、濃い目の味付けはしっかりご飯が進みます。さらに、薬味が豊富で味の変化も楽しめるのが嬉しいポイントです。 また、和牛すじ釜玉うどんは、ふんわり玉子のとろみと牛すじの旨味が絶妙に絡まり、特徴的なクマ型の生姜バターを溶かすと爽やかで深みのある味わいに変化。うどん好きにはたまらない一品です。れんこん天は別皿で提供されるため、自分好みにうどんに浸すか塩でシンプルに食べるか選べます。 揚げたてでサクサクの食感とれんこんのほのかな甘みがクセになります。 実際訪問してみて、佐賀でこんなに満足感の高い角煮丼とうどんが食べられるとは思わず、嬉しい驚きでした。地元グルメを堪能しながら、店の温かい雰囲気も味わえて幸せなひととき。佐賀に行く機会があればぜひまた立ち寄りたいと思えるおすすめ店です。
