Who's going to Japan must read! Because Sushiro over there is not 100% like our home. 😉😲✨
• Food Order Screen: Satisfying big food order screen. The menu is more than Thai shouting. The important thing is that it is very cheap. Start at more than 20 baht per dish (according to the money rating now).
• Staff focus on Runqueue: The staff here does not focus on walking services like Thailand. They focus on queuing and doing other things. The system is totally automated.
• There are many kinds of sauces: in Thailand, there are usually standard choyu and dipping sauce for fried or cooked sushi, but in Japan, there is a green bottle (left-hand) that is a sodium-reducing recipe.
• Green tea has a small spoon: good quality tea like Thai, but there is a small spoon to scoop the tea powder. Very cute. 🥹✨

หลายคนอ่านแล้วถามต่อว่า “แล้วถ้าไปกิน Sushiro ญี่ปุ่น ควรเตรียมตัวยังไงให้คุ้ม?” เราขอสรุปทิปส์แบบเอาไปใช้ได้จริงจากประสบการณ์ตัวเอง เผื่อช่วยให้สั่งง่ายขึ้นและสนุกขึ้น (แถมได้ “เอาอีก” แบบไม่งง) 1) วิธีสั่งให้ไวบน “จอสั่งอาหารขนาดใหญ่” ที่ญี่ปุ่นจอสั่งใหญ่มาก เมนูเยอะจนตาลาย แนะนำให้เริ่มจากหมวดฮิต/อันดับขายดี หรือใช้ปุ่มค้นหา (Search) จะเร็วสุด โดยเฉพาะถ้าอยากเทียบกับไทยว่ามีอะไรต่างกันบ้าง เช่น เมนูตามฤดูกาลหรือเมนู Collaboration ที่จะโผล่มาเป็นช่วงๆ 2) จานราคาเริ่มต้น & คุมงบให้ไม่บาน ที่นี่ราคาต่อจานถูกจริง แต่ด้วยความที่สั่งง่ายมาก (กดปุ๊บมาเลย) เงินไหลไวเหมือนกัน เราทำวิธีนี้: ตั้งงบไว้ก่อน แล้วสั่งทีละรอบ อยาก “เอาอีก” ค่อยกดเพิ่ม จะคุมจำนวนจานได้ดี 3) ซอสบนโต๊ะมีหลายแบบ โดยเฉพาะ “โชยุสูตรลดโซเดียม” โต๊ะญี่ปุ่นจะมีขวดซอสหลายชนิดกว่าที่ไทย บางขวดรสต่างกันชัด แนะนำให้ลองทีละนิดก่อน โดยเฉพาะโชยุสูตรลดโซเดียมที่รสจะนุ่มกว่า เหมาะกับคนไม่อยากเค็มจัด (หรือกินหลายจานแล้วไม่เลี่ยน) 4) ไม่มีถ้วยน้ำจิ้มมาตรฐานจริง แต่มีทางแก้ ถ้าเป็นสายติดถ้วยน้ำจิ้ม ให้มองหาถ้วย/ชามเด็กใบเล็กๆ ที่วางไว้ให้หยิบเอง เราใช้ถ้วยเด็กนี่แหละ เทโชยุนิดเดียวพอ แล้วจิ้มแบบคุมปริมาณได้ ไม่ต้องเหยาะบนปลาตรงๆ 5) ชาเขียวมี “ช้อนจิ๋ว” ตักผงชา อันนี้น่ารักและใช้ง่ายมาก ใครชอบชาเข้มให้ตักเพิ่มได้เอง แนะนำคนที่กินซูชิหลายคำให้มีชาไว้ล้างปาก จะช่วยรีเฟรชรสชาติได้ดี 6) กาชาปอง/เมนูพิเศษ: เช็กก่อนสั่งจะได้ไม่พลาด บางช่วงสั่งเมนูพิเศษแล้วจะได้เหรียญไปหยอดตู้กาชาปองหน้าร้าน เราแนะนำให้ดูป้ายโปรหรือหน้าจอว่า “เมนูไหนได้เหรียญ” เพราะไม่ได้แถมทุกเมนู ถ้าอยากได้ของสะสมจาก Collaboration ให้รีบหน่อย เพราะของหมดไว ถ้าให้สรุปแบบคนอยากไปตาม: Sushiro ญี่ปุ่นเด่นที่ระบบอัตโนมัติ จอสั่งใหญ่ เมนูเยอะ ซอสหลากหลาย ราคาดี และลูกเล่นกาชาปองนี่แหละที่ทำให้หลายคนกินแล้วอยาก “เอาอีก” จริงๆ
