Cheating taxi. Confused! At Suvarnabhumi Airport😡
- We called a taxi from Suvarnabhumi at the airport's lockers according to the system. After the call, we got this receipt. We took a taxi according to the number we got.
- Our family has three people, three bags, a box of souvenirs, a large taxi, which usually has to add 50 baht.
- After taking the car, the driver said we had to pay an extra 160 baht. He said it was three bags plus one box.
- At first, we were confused because we were late and sleepy, so asked the driver again if he had to pay 160 baht more, not only 50 baht for the call? The driver also confirmed that he had to pay 160 baht more.
- So our dad asked us to read the receipt details. Obviously, the taxi cheated on us!!!Because!!!
✅ number one says that if the suitcase is larger than 26 inches, you have to pay an extra 20 baht each, which in our family does not exceed 26 inches.
✅ number 4 says that we will lose no more than 100 baht if there is a crate box of more than 50 inches, of which the crate box attached to us is definitely less than 50 inches.
- When we accidentally read the rules to the taxi driver, he was stunned, so we repeated that in summary, how much do we have to pay? He didn't answer, but the hand line for us instead... (I didn't dare to answer)
- So when we got home, we paid him according to Mitter, + 50 baht for a regular taxi.
My personal 😡 was very upset about the incident, so I reviewed it in the QR Code on the receipt. After one day, a staff member called to inquire and said that the matter would be sent to the person / agency involved.

หลังจากเจอเหตุการณ์นี้ เราเลยกลับมา “สรุปเป็นเช็กลิสต์” ไว้ใช้เองทุกครั้งเวลาเรียกแท็กซี่ที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ (โดยเฉพาะคนที่โดนถามเรื่องแท็กซี่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ค่ากระเป๋า หรือ taxi สุวรรณภูมิ ค่ากระเป๋า บ่อยๆ) เผื่อช่วยให้คนอื่นไม่เสียเงินฟรีค่ะ 1) ก่อนออกรถ ขอ/เก็บ “ใบเสร็จเรียกแท็กซี่” ไว้ให้ครบ ใบเสร็จจากตู้เรียกในสนามบินสำคัญมาก เพราะด้านใน/ด้านหลังจะมี “กฎระเบียบการคิดค่าสัมภาระ” และมักมี QR Code สำหรับรีวิวหรือร้องเรียนด้วย เวลาโดนเก็บเพิ่ม ให้ชี้อ้างอิงจากใบนี้ได้ทันที ไม่ต้องเถียงลอยๆ 2) ดูให้ชัดว่า “ค่าเรียก 50 บาท” คืออะไร ส่วนใหญ่แท็กซี่ที่ขึ้นจากจุดบริการสนามบินจะมีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม (ค่าธรรมเนียมสนามบิน/ค่าเรียก) 50 บาท อันนี้ปกติ และจ่ายเพิ่มจากมิเตอร์อยู่แล้ว แต่ “ค่ากระเป๋า” เป็นอีกคนละเรื่อง ต้องเข้าเงื่อนไขตามที่ใบเสร็จระบุเท่านั้น 3) เช็กเงื่อนไข “ค่ากระเป๋า” ตามขนาดจริง ไม่ใช่ตามจำนวน จากประสบการณ์เรา คนขับพยายามคิดเป็นจำนวนใบ (3 ใบ) ทั้งที่ในกฎจะผูกกับ “ขนาด” เช่น กระเป๋าเดินทางใหญ่เกิน 26 นิ้วค่อยคิดเพิ่ม (หลายคนโดนเพราะไม่แน่ใจว่านิ้วเท่าไหร่) วิธีง่ายๆ คือดูไซซ์ที่ป้าย/สติ๊กเกอร์กระเป๋า หรือเทียบคร่าวๆ: กระเป๋า 24–25 นิ้วมักไม่เข้าเงื่อนไข 26 นิ้วขึ้นไป 4) เช็กเงื่อนไข “ค่ากล่อง/ลัง” ว่ามีเพดานและมีเกณฑ์ขนาด บางคันจะพยายามเหมารวมกล่องของฝากเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายทันที แต่ในใบเสร็จมักเขียนชัดว่า “คิดเพิ่มได้ไม่เกิน 100 บาท” และต้องเป็นกล่องที่ขนาดเกินเกณฑ์ (เช่น 50 นิ้วขึ้นไป) ถ้ากล่องเล็ก/ขนาดไม่ถึง ก็ไม่มีเหตุผลให้เก็บเพิ่ม 5) วิธีคุยกับคนขับให้จบแบบไม่ปะทะ เราใช้ประโยคประมาณนี้แล้วช่วยให้สถานการณ์นิ่งลง: - “ขอดูตามกฎในใบเสร็จก่อนนะคะ ตรงนี้ระบุว่าเกินกี่นิ้วถึงคิดเพิ่ม” - “สรุปขอจ่ายตามมิเตอร์ + 50 บาทตามใบเสร็จนะคะ” สำคัญคือพูดนิ่งๆ และชี้ที่ข้อความในใบเสร็จ เพราะเป็นเอกสารทางการของจุดบริการ 6) ถ้าเจอเรียกเก็บเกินจริง ควรทำอะไรต่อ - ถ่ายรูป: ป้ายทะเบียน/หมายเลขแท็กซี่, ใบเสร็จเรียกแท็กซี่, มิเตอร์ - เก็บหลักฐานบทสนทนาเท่าที่ทำได้ (ไม่ต้องยั่วยุ) - ใช้ QR Code บนใบเสร็จเพื่อรีวิว/แจ้งเรื่อง (เราทำแล้วมีเจ้าหน้าที่โทรกลับมาสอบถาม) ทริคเล็กๆ สำหรับคนเดินทางดึกๆ: ก่อนขึ้นรถให้ตั้งสติ 10 วินาที อ่านหัวข้อ “ค่าสัมภาระ” บนใบเสร็จผ่านๆ รอบเดียว พอโดนถามเรื่องค่ากระเป๋า จะตอบได้ทันทีว่าเข้าเงื่อนไขไหมค่ะ
