การมาลิ้มลองอาหารท้องถิ่นที่ร้านมณฑ์สรวงผัดไทยห่อไข่บนถนนชัยพฤกษ์ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ผมอยากแนะนำอย่างยิ่ง จากที่เคยไปกินหลายครั้ง ตอนนี้ยังรู้สึกประทับใจกับความเข้มข้นของผัดไทยเส้นจันท์ที่ใช้กุ้งสดในราคาเพียง 90 บาท รสชาติจะคละเคล้ากับความหวานของห่อไข่ที่ห่อได้พอดี ทำให้แต่ละคำที่กินมันทั้งฟินและครบเครื่อง ส่วนหอยทอดพิเศษที่ราคา 120 บาทนี่ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก เพราะหอยทอดมาพร้อมกับหอยตัวใหญ่จำนวนมาก ผัดทอดมาได้หอมกรอบแม้จะมีน้ำมันบ้างแต่ก็ไม่ได้ทำให้อมน้ำมันจนเลี่ยน หลังจากอิ่มกับผัดไทยและหอยทอด ผมยังได้ลองของว่างอย่างกล้วยทอดและฟักทองทอดจากร้าน Banana Story ที่อยู่ไม่ไกล ร้านนี้เด็ดตรงที่ฟักทองทอดนิ่ม กลิ่นหอมหวานจากธรรมชาติไม่ใส่น้ำตาลมาก ทำให้กินง่ายไม่แห้งเคี้ยวสบาย อีกหนึ่งเมนูที่ชอบมากคือไข่เต่าซึ่งพองฟูน่ากินสุดๆ ลูกใหญ่เคี้ยวได้กรุบกรอบ ไม่เหมือนไข่ทอดทั่วไป ถ้าหากคุณมีโอกาสผ่านถนนชัยพฤกษ์ อย่าลืมแวะไปร้านมณฑ์สรวงผัดไทยห่อไข่ พร้อมกันนี้ก็แวะชิมขนมหวานจากร้าน Banana Story ด้วยนะครับ รับรองจะติดใจเหมือนผม เสน่ห์ของอาหารไทยแท้ๆ ที่ไม่ต้องจัดหนักแต่รสชาติเต็มเปี่ยม นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นแหล่งรวมอาหารที่ทำให้ผมนึกถึงความทรงจำเก่าๆ และความอบอุ่นของมื้ออาหารในชีวิตประจำวัน หากใครได้ไปลองแล้วก็อย่าลืมมาแบ่งปันประสบการณ์กันนะครับ
