First work > Do for 6 years and 7 months. The director of colleagues has been good all along. After 2 years, there have been new bureaucrats, working well, but only taking their own work, like the load that is not our duty. Take the position to coerce us to do it. At work 2 > Can only do 8 months. Get this job like a flute. Have a good head but meet a bad colleague. Like to gouge. This gossip gives that person a gig. Good blah. And when we do not gossip too, they see that we are not different and act like we are the air in the room. Sometimes, look. People who were before, they smiled well together for many years. We are not a high personal world type, but feel that there is pollution in the room, there is no good atmosphere. That is why we quit.

จากประสบการณ์การลาออกจากงานเมื่ออายุ 28 ปีที่ได้เล่ามานั้น สิ่งหนึ่งที่ต้องให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งหลังลาออกคือการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของตนเอง เพราะการถูกเอาเปรียบหรือพบเจอกับเพื่อนร่วมงานที่มีพฤติกรรมไม่ดีสามารถส่งผลกระทบต่อสภาพจิตใจอย่างรุนแรง หลังจากที่ตัดสินใจลาออก แม้ว่าจะมีเงินสำรองแค่ประมาณหนึ่งเดือน แต่สิ่งที่ต้องทำคือการหางานใหม่อย่างรวดเร็วและไม่ทิ้งตัวเองอยู่เฉยๆ การยื่นเรซูเม่ไปทุกที่ที่สนใจและไล่หาสอบจากภาคอีสานจนถึงกรุงเทพฯ เป็นวิธีที่ดีในการเปิดโอกาสตัวเอง หากเพื่อนๆ หรือคนรอบข้างให้คำปรึกษาดีๆ ก็อย่าลังเลที่จะรับฟังและปรับตัวในจุดที่ควรจะปรับ ขณะที่อยู่บ้านหลังลาออก อาการคิดมากหรือวิตกกังวลถึงขั้นนอนไม่หลับหรือกินข้าวไม่ลงเป็นเรื่องเกิดขึ้นได้ เพราะคนรอบข้างบางครั้งอาจจะเข้าใจผิดและมองว่าคนลาออกไม่มีความอดทน แต่สิ่งที่สำคัญคือ ต้องตั้งใจฟังเสียงจากใจตัวเองก่อนหาคำตอบที่แท้จริงว่าต้องการอะไร อีกทั้ง ควรพยายามสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดีโดยรอบตัว เช่น ใช้เวลาทำกิจกรรมที่ชอบ พบปะพูดคุยกับเพื่อนที่ให้กำลังใจ หรือออกกำลังกายเบาๆ เพื่อช่วยให้จิตใจแจ่มใสขึ้น การดูแลสุขภาพจิตอย่างจริงจังเทียบเท่าการดูแลสุขภาพร่างกายจะช่วยให้พร้อมรับมือกับความท้าทายในสายงานใหม่ได้อย่างมั่นใจ ท้ายที่สุด ความกล้าหาญและการยืนหยัดเพื่อความสุขในชีวิตการทำงานเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ อย่ากลัวที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงและมองหาหนทางใหม่ที่เหมาะสม เพราะประสบการณ์ที่เคยผ่านมา สร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้กับเรามากขึ้นในทุกๆ ก้าวที่เดินไป
