‼️ a home-made cream cheese recipe with three raw materials.

1.100% Cattle Milk or 1 Liter School Milk or 1,000 ml
2.Lemonade / Vinegar / Lemon Juice 30g
3. 1 / 8 teaspoon salt
✅ how to do ✅
1. Bring the milk to boil hot, then gradually add the lemon juice to the person. Let the milk fat separate from the whey juice.
2. Then, when the milk is separated from the water, filter the eyes often or thin rice cloth.
3. After the filtration is done, take the filtered milk to spin and add a little salt to it. Spin it to a smooth cream cheese.
4. Keep the lid closed box completely. Soak the refrigerator, keep it for months.
P.S. In the picture, the cream cheese may not be very smooth because it is blended in a large juice blender, but the milk we can filter is small, so it can not be blended thoroughly. 😅
