This orchid explored at Surat Thani National Park, 0 to 600 meters above sea level, is a small orchid, growing on the top, large roots, flat, clinging to the bark, long trees, short trees.
There are only two or three leaves, oval leaves or parallel edges, dark green, wavy edges, green inflorescences, out on the sides of the stem, hanging down or in a plane, 6-12 centimeters long.
The flowers in the bouquet gradually bloom from the cone to the end of the bouquet. The flowers are 1.4 centimeters wide. The petals are white. The petal cones have purple spots. The sepals on the shape of parallel edges. Point up. The side pair of sepals are slightly larger.
The fringe-shaped corolla parallels the egg-back, the mouth lobe and the sac-like cone, the large, upward-pointing, oval-like ear-back, white, draped with purple lines. At the cone of each corolla is a white convex ridge. The end of the mouth lobe points forward, like a square, like a diamond. The end is white. The middle is deeply wavy. The cone is dotted with purple.
At the base of the tip of the mouth lobe is a convex group of tissue, white, ridge-like, and two sharp, fang-like tissue parts added, a pollen shag 0.4 centimeters long, a white anther group cover.
It is found in the Himalayas of China, Assam, India, Bangladesh, the eastern Himalayas, Nepal, Sikkim, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Borneo, Java, Molucca Island, Philippines, Sulawesi and Sumatra.
Thailand is found in arid rainforests, montane forests and rainforests, moist rainforests, sometimes thriving on rocks, in shade or with sunlight.
It flowers during September-November.
