Wavy-billed chicken shin, 220-1,300 meters above sea level, is an orchid based on a crackling, with a rhizome fried, a shuttle-shaped banana ball trunk, 1 leaf, with a banana trunk tip, a leaf plate with a lanceolate edge.

Inflorescence at the end of 2-3 banana balls, blooming flowers, creamy white, with reddish brown spots, calyx and petals bent to the back, elliptical to lanceolate calyx, petal, lanceolate, creamy white mouth petals with reddish brown spots, fan-like shape, wavy petal margins with 2-3 ridges.

Found in the Himalayas of China, Assam, the eastern Himalayas, India, Nepal, the Andaman Islands, the Nicobar Islands, the Peninsula, Malaysia, Laos, Vietnam, China, Borneo, Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, the Sundalek Islands, and the Philippines, Thailand is found along tropical rainforests and arid rainforests in the eastern, western, central, and southern regions, at altitudes of 220 - 1,300 meters above sea level.

It flowers during February - June.
