Found this old workout video today. 🎥💪 Back then, I had no idea how far I would come. I just kept showing up, one workout at a time. Looking back, I’m proud of the woman who didn’t quit.

Looking at these pictures reminds me how far I’ve come. It wasn’t easy, but every workout, every sacrifice, and every moment of doubt was worth it. So proud of myself. ❤️
