1 State Welfare Card. The state increases the limit to buy the envelope of the Blue Flag store for the month of November-December 1700 baht (300 + 850 = 1150 per month), so it cannot be half the project.

2 Half of each person has to register in the app, the wallet is spent through the app, so there must be a mobile phone that supports the system for 20 million copies, so the 20th must register (does not mean everyone).

3 And people without phones don't have a policy on what other projects will help.
