The Royal Kitchen or Friends' Car (Phra) helps with the heart. Thai people do not leave each other.

The past operations of the Royal Thai Red Cross Volunteer Foundation, in addition to having a "royal subsistence bag" to help alleviate the suffering of the people, with the concern for the well-being of the Chao Chao Chao Chao Chao Chao Sawnath, the Department of the Ten Thousand Suvarnath, and Her Majesty the King, the Royal Highness, the Royal Highness, the Royal Highness, both of them have established the Royal Kitchen of the Royal Highness Foundation, the Royal Thai Red Cross, to make freshly cooked food, to help the people affected and affected by the flood.

The Royal Kitchenhouse is a collaboration between the Royal Thai Red Cross and Provincial Communities Development Ministry of the Interior to join volunteers to the disaster area and set up a kitchen for cooking. In some flooded areas, there is no space to set up a kitchen. The foundation will also bring the Royal Kitchenhouse, which is a tall car, to cook and distribute to the villagers who have suffered floods in the area.

The food for the flood victims must be a menu that everyone can eat, full belly, freshly cooked, can be cooked quickly, nutritious and, importantly, must taste delicious, suitable for the livelihoods of the people of the area, such as fried chicken glutinous rice, boiled eggs, sautéed basil, etc.

Not only is the food that the Thai Red Cross Volunteer Foundation sends to help victims, the Foundation also, together with the Department of Disaster Prevention and Relief, provides water bottled water to victims who have suffered floods in that area. In addition to helping flood victims have clean water, reducing the likelihood of gastrointestinal diseases, it also disseminates the Foundation's principles, especially in terms of mutual sympathy in times of difficulty.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่เคยได้ร่วมกิจกรรมจิตอาสาในโครงการโรงครัวพระราชทาน เพื่อนพึ่ง (ภาฯ) ยามยาก สภากาชาดไทย ต้องบอกเลยว่าความตั้งใจในการช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ประสบภัยน้ำท่วมเป็นสิ่งที่มีคุณค่ามาก ตัวโรงครัวไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่การประกอบอาหารเท่านั้น แต่เป็นเสมือนสัญลักษณ์ของความร่วมมือและความเมตตาของคนไทยในการยืนหยัดเคียงข้างกันในยามวิกฤต สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือการใช้รถประกอบอาหารพึ่ง (ภาฯ) ที่ออกแบบมาให้สามารถเข้าถึงพื้นที่น้ำท่วมสูงได้สะดวก ทำให้ชุมชนที่ยากลำบากสามารถได้รับอาหารที่ปรุงสดใหม่ รสชาติอร่อย และถูกหลักโภชนาการอย่างรวดเร็ว เช่น ข้าวเหนียวไก่ทอด ไข่ต้ม และผัดกะเพราที่เหมาะกับคนไทย ทำให้อิ่มท้องและมีพลังต่อสู้กับความเดือดร้อนได้ นอกจากอาหารแล้ว การแจกจ่ายน้ำดื่มสะอาดภายใต้แบรนด์ "น้ำดื่มเพื่อนพึ่ง (ภาฯ)" ยังช่วยลดความเสี่ยงโรคติดเชื้อในชุมชนที่ขาดแคลนน้ำสะอาด เป็นการดูแลสุขภาพรวมทั้งส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเรื่องความเห็นใจและช่วยเหลือกันในชุมชนนี้อย่างแท้จริง การทำงานของมูลนิธิอาสาเพื่อนพึ่ง (ภาฯ) ที่ร่วมมือกับสภากาชาดไทยและหน่วยงานภาครัฐต่าง ๆ แสดงให้เห็นถึงพลังแห่งความสามัคคีของคนไทย และความตั้งใจในการรักษาสืบสานโครงการพระราชทานนี้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ผู้ประสบภัยทุกคนได้มีโอกาสได้รับการช่วยเหลืออย่างทันท่วงทีและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นในยามยาก การได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการนี้ทำให้รับรู้ได้ว่าการช่วยเหลือด้วยใจจริงนั้นสำคัญกว่าหลายสิ่ง และขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องสืบสานภารกิจนี้ต่อไปอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน เพื่อให้คนไทยทุกคนไม่ทิ้งกันจริง ๆ
