私自身も、最初は“家に備蓄があれば十分”と考えていました。しかし、大きな災害を経験して、実際には備えた物を持ち出せないことの怖さに気づきました。例えば、地震などで家に戻れない状況が起きた場合、家の中に食料や水があっても意味がありません。そこで重要なのが、すぐに持ち出せる防災バッグの準備です。 防災バッグは、最低限の水・非常食、懐中電灯、救急セット、着替えや重要書類のコピーなどをまとめておきます。こうした バッグがあれば、緊急時に難しい判断や準備を急いで行うストレスを減らし、安全に避難行動へ移れます。私も動画を作る中で、自分の防災バッグを見直し、必要なものを再確認しました。 さらに、定期的に中身のチェックを行うことも大切です。災害時に即座に持ち出せる状態を維持するため、食料の賞味期限やバッテリーの充電状態などを確認しましょう。災害はいつ起こるかわかりませんから、普段からの備えが安心と安全を支えます。 「今すぐ持ち出せるか？」という問いかけは、実は自分の防災意識を測る大切な指標です。私もこの問いをきっかけに、家の備蓄だけでなく実際の行動を想定した準備の必要性を改めて認識しました。皆さんも防災バッグを見直し、災害に強い備えを一緒に進めてみてはいかがでしょうか。
