This heart monitor? A reminder to move smarter, love myself harder, and prioritize ME like never before. Every move from here on out is intentional. Every step? For ME.

Still resilient. Still unshakable. Still that girl. And still making shit happen. This is just a minor setback. This test will be my biggest testimony.
