31 & Starting Over 💖✨

The Reality Check 📉

I spent 4 years in the Interior Design world. I loved the "creation" part, but the project management reality was a different beast: major burnout. 🫩

I was exhausted from juggling so many different clients at once, feeling like my mind was scattered everywhere but here. 🧠💨

The Breaking Point (2025) 🥀

I realized I didn’t want to just "manage" projects anymore. I wanted to master a craft that actually fueled me.

In ID, I lived for the high of seeing a client’s face when their dream home became reality.

Now, I’ve realized I can chase that same high by making women feel incredible about themselves. 🕊️✨

🥂 The Bottom Line

Starting over at 31 is extremely terrifying. But trading all that chaos for what I have now was the best ROI I’ve ever seen for my peace of mind. 💎🚀

No more "mind everywhere" energy. I focus on one human at a time. Your time in my chair is a total digital detox zone. 🧘‍♀️✨

P.S. Being your lash tech/PMU artist means you also get some free reno advice if you ever need it. Consider it a two-for-one session! 😉🏠

... Read moreStarting over at 31 can feel like stepping into the unknown, but it's also an opportunity for deep personal growth and fulfillment. After experiencing burnout from managing multiple interior design projects simultaneously, I found that shifting my focus to a hands-on craft brought a refreshing balance to my life. Working as a lash and PMU artist allows me to connect with each client individually, creating a calming environment that contrasts with the fast-paced chaos I left behind. This change not only revitalized my passion but also improved my mental well-being. Each session becomes more than just a beauty treatment—it's a chance for my clients, and myself, to experience a digital detox and true mindfulness. Through applying my skills to enhance others’ confidence, I’ve rediscovered the thrill that comes with tangible, creative work that directly impacts someone’s happiness. If you're contemplating a major career shift or feel overwhelmed by your current path, remember that investing in your peace of mind and choosing a craft that excites you can lead to a rewarding and sustainable career. Embracing this journey with patience and self-compassion makes the transition smoother, turning uncertainty into empowerment. Plus, combining skills, such as offering styling advice alongside beauty treatments, can create unique value for your clients and differentiate you in your new venture.

They come hand in hand unfortunately, regardless of what you do there will always be a management element to any work that you do. Unless you run your own ID company and outsource this function to another staff.

🇸🇬「48岁重新出发最怕的不是没钱]<Starting over at 48 isn’t about money>
很多人以为,48岁最怕的是没钱。 Many people think the biggest fear at 48 is money. 但做了26年厨师后,我发现不是。 But after 26 years as a chef, I realized it’s not. 真正可怕的,是你必须重新开始。 The scariest part is having to start over. 每天进厨房,研究产品、菜单、节奏,是我最熟悉的生活。 Going into the kitchen every day, working on products, menus, and rhyt

Is It Really Scary to Start All Over Again? 🫧
When I hear the phrase “starting over”, I often think about the scary aspects of it. Seeing my friends move ahead while I felt left behind. The fear of being “too old” for something. The feeling of being completely out of place and wondering if I’d ever fit in. Growing up, I always believed
