Beef tips & rice is one of my favorite comfort dishes. I didn’t want to wait until it was cold outside to enjoy it so I made some myself. It was my first time & was so good & tender. 😋

I did another neck bone boil. I added a homemade butter sauce this time which elevated it to another level. 😋
